Rules For Withdrawal And Refund Of Fees

  • The school term comprises of twelve months starting from June to May. The fee has to be paid for twelve months in four installments each i.e. from May to February every year.
  • If a parent desires to withdraw his child or cannot continue education for any genuine reason, he may submit an application in writing to the institution before the commencement of the academic year. In such a case tuition fee, term fee, laboratory fee, library fee, computer fee etc. actually paid, may be refunded. The Admission fee however shall be retained by the institution.
  • If a parent desires to withdraw his child after the commencement of the academic session, admission fee, term fee ,laboratory fee, library fee, computer fee etc. paid shall be retained by the institution in full. Also the proportionate amount of tuition fee till the end of the month, in which refund is claimed, shall be retained by the institution and the balance amount if any shall be refunded.
  • No Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued unless all dues are cleared. A written application requesting for withdrawal must be submitted to the school office in advance. A fee will be charged for issuing a duplicate copy of the T.C.

Declaration

  • The school on accepting the fee is no way bound to give admission to an applicant. Admission will be granted to eligible applicants who meet the admission criteria. The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
  • Our ward will participate in all activities and functions conducted inside or outside the school.
  • We understand that promotion to the next class is not automatic. It will be granted at the end of every academic year in accordance with the school promotion policy and other rules and regulations which may vary from time to time.
  • We understand that we can only withdraw our ward at the end of a term, and we will give advance notice prior to the commencement of the next term, failing which we will have to abide by point no.03 of the above mentioned Rules for Withdrawal and Refund of fee.
  • We undertake to pay all the required school fees and other expenses incurred on account of our child / ward, as revised from time to time and agree to follow the Rules for Withdrawal and Refund of Fee set the school.
  • We hereby agree and undertake to adhere to all the rules and regulations laid down by the School Management from time to time.
